The thesis is devoted to the solution of actual research and practical task for development and implementation of complex approaches to provide environmentally safe and resources saving management of vehicle's scrap tires. Designed approaches are intended to decrease an anthropogenic impact on the surround environment and to re-use qualitative valuable components from wastes in industry. The researcher worked out the method for comprehensive evaluation of scrap tires treatment technologies based on criterion of environmental safety and resource efficiency. Factors that predetermine qualitative and quantitative characteristics of scrap tires pyrolysis products were defined. Physical and chemical properties, group hydrocarbons composition of pyrocondensate and its sub-products were researched. The technology of surfactants synthesis based on pyrocondensate as secondary source of raw materials was substantiated experimentally. New ways for the industrial use of pyrocondensate and its products with respect of their value as resources were worked out. The conditions which help to improve the environmental properties of pyrocondensate fraction with boiling points 38-180° C to produce an environmentally-friendly high-octane additives for production of motor fuels were defined. There were investigated the conditions for use of synthesized surfactants in enhanced oil recovery. It is experimentally confirmed the efficiency of surfactants for decontamination of oil-polluted soils.
