The thesis is devoted to comprehensive study of the unilateral transactions in notarial and judicial practice. In this work the concept of unilateral contracts, their classification, formulated for notarial proceedings in which a unilateral legal transaction grants legal, peculiarities participation of persons involved in the notary and civil cases involving unilateral transactions, especially the evidence and proof in these cases. Analysis of notarial and judicial practice related to unilateral transactions. As a result of research done by a number of new scientific findings on the regulation of unilateral contracts, made proposals for the solution of problems of notarial and litigation, improving existing legislation.
