Essay

The object of the study is to measure the temperature of the infrared radiation. The aim is to improve the accuracy of temperature measurements by infrared radiation through the development of methods to reduce the methodological error of temperature measurement, calibration techniques working infrared thermometers and regulations for its implementation. Research methods. - Methodological basis of the research is a comprehensive approach to the analysis of the temperature measurement by the infrared radiation. The theoretical analysis is carried out in the work based on the theory of radiation, thermodynamics, methods to improve the accuracy of measurement errors theory, chaos theory. Experimental studies were carried out using optical and temperature measurement methods of measuring and computing. The theoretical results are verified using simulation techniques and programs MathCad. Scientific novelty. - Got a further development of the method of measuring the emissivity for the infrared region of the spectrum. Was further developed method for measuring the temperature with radiation in the process of electroslag remelting of metal, which can reduce the effect of impact factors on the measurement results and improve the accuracy of temperature measurement with infrared light. For the first time a method for determining the temperature dependence of the amendments to the thermometer infrared radiation from the effects of the influence factors in terms of production, namely emissivity, background radiation and transmission staging environment. An improved method for the calibration of infrared radiation thermometers using as a working standard emitter type blackbody, which improves the accuracy of the transfer of the unit of thermodynamic temperature. The degree of implementation. - The results have been implemented in the process of measuring the temperature of the molten metal with the radiation at electroslag remelting at PJSC "Light Miner" (Kharkiv). Results have been implemented with the participation in the works for the organization of a calibration laboratory thermometers infrared PJSC "Motor Sich" (Zaporozhye). Scope of use. - Obtained in the research results are used in the educational process of the Department of lighting and light sources of the Kharkiv National University of Municipal Economy Academician AN Beketov and are reflected in the degree designing bachelors, graduation specialist and master's degrees.
