Mikhaylenko I. Human rights on inviolability of private life: concept, aspects, realization mechanism.

The dissertation is devoted to the complex general-theoretical analysis of human right to inviolability of private life, its content is exposed, the concept "private life" is investigated, the mechanism and guarantees of its realization and protection, the optimal model of private and public interests correlation are defined. Research of an origin history of the right to inviolability of private life and stages of its formation are carried out in the work, scientific approaches to modern understanding of the law and to interpretation of the specified right are analyzed. Legal acts of the separate states and the decisions of the European Court of Human Rights that directly influences on the implementation of the rights to inviolability of private life in Ukrainian legislation were considered. The considerable part of work is devoted to the analysis of the system and kinds of human rights legal guarantees to the inviolability of private life.
