Shyshka N. Civil law status of Internal Affairs Agencies of Ukraine.

In the dissertation carried the comprehensive theoretical and practical analysis of the civil legal status of the Internal Affairs Agencies of Ukraine. In particular, the are installed defects of law, on one or another of the level a mechanism of legal regulation of civil relations, participants in which are the appropriate Internal Affairs Agencies Ukraine, the defined system of legal entities in the structure of the MIA of Ukraine, prompted the concept and signs of ATS Ukraine, which are a legal entities of public law and by detected their organizational and legal form , is considered the question about forms of participation in civil Internal Affairs Agencies Ukraine relations by means comparing participation in civil relations State of Ukraine, as well as issues of implementation a civil of legal personality in contractual and property relations. Based on the analysis the norms of active civil laws and of scientific papers, prepared proposals on amending to the Civil Code of Ukraine, Laws of Ukraine "On Militia", "On State Registration of Legal Entities and Sole Traders" and "On Lease of State Property".
