Essay

This dissertation is a completed scientific paper and integrated study of causation of crimes against life and health, committed by omission. The periodization theory of causation at a standstill was carried out as well as scientific approaches regarding causal omission within each period were classified. The new definition of omission of crime was found. The study of causal regulation of crimes against human life and health committed by omission in the criminal codes of foreign countries was undertaken. The definition of causation of crimes against human life and health committed by omission was found. The causation structure with two levels, horizontal and vertical, was discovered and by means of it the differentiation of crimes against human life and health committed by omission and related crimes was made. Based on study results proposals to improve Ukrainian legislation in the part of coordinated regulation of causation of crimes against human life and health committed by omission were made.
