Tuchak N. Pharmacognostic investigation of Alchemilla L. Genus plants

Object - raw materials of 7 Alchemilla L. Genus herb species: Alchemilla (A.) A. flabellata Buser, A. turkulensis Paw?., A. hebescens Juz., A. phegophila Juz., A. microdonta Juz., A. subcrenata Buser, A. micans Buser, herbal extracts, reserves of raw materials; aim: search and detection of BAS sources among Alchemilla L. Genus species of Ukrainian flora, study of the possibility of the substances with various pharmacological action creation on their basis for surther increasing of domestic drugs nomenclature; methods - morphological, microscopic, physic-chemical, chromatography, spectral, chemical, physical, technological, biopharmaceutical, pharmacological, resources studies, statistic; novelty - the pharmacognostic study of 7 Alchemilla L. Genus herb species of Ukrainian flora has been conducted; results - prospective species of raw materials have been determined, both qualitative and quantitative contents of BAS have been identified, herbal extracts have been obtained, the pharmacological activity have been determined, such dosage form as grains has been developed, MCQ projects for extracts and grains have been worked out, instructions of A. phegophila Juz. raw materials stocking up and drying have been worked out; introduction - in educational process of HEE and in practical work of department of medicinal plants introduction and acclimatization; branch - pharmacy.
