Essay

In 153 patients with congenital heart disease (CHD) and somatoform vegetative dysfunction of the cardiovascular system (SVD CSS) with the system approach, investigated the state of the emotional sphere, individual psychological characteristics, the level of social adaptation and quality of life, and especially the formation of social dysfunction. Persons with CHD is characterized by basic social dysfunction: high levels of reactive anxiety, neurotic and emotionally labile profiles unstable motivation to success, the presence of destructive psychological defense mechanisms in the presence of stress, such as "Suppression", "Compensation" and "Rationalization"; interpsychic orientation relationship to disease ("Sensitivity" and "Self-centered"); reduced physical component of quality of life, namely indicators of physical functioning general health. Students with SVD CSS disorders: a high level of reactive anxiety and trait anxiety, the presence of depressive symptoms; profiles of spontaneous aggression, depression, irritability and poor balance, stability of the low motivation to succeed, the presence of destructive mechanisms to protect the type of "regression", "Replacement" and "Denial"; observed intrapsychic orientation relationship to disease ("Anxiety", "hypochondriac" and "neurotic"); reduced mental health component (mental health, role functioning due to emotional state, vital activity and the physical component of quality of life (physical functioning and role functioning due to physical condition. The findings of the factor analysis were formed by two types of social dysfunction in patients with CHD and one common for individuals with SVD CSS, "Reactive-the sensitive" type of social dysfunction in individuals with "white" heart defects, "Reactive-self-centered" type of NSF in patients with "blue" heart defects, "Rigid-fixation" in patients with SVD CSS. Defines the general principles psych correctional social dysfunction "Information", "Unity", "Climb", "Workout","Activity") and specific ("Differentiation" and "Sequence"). Basic psychocorrection program consisted of 4 blocks: 1 block - "psych educational program", 2 Block - "Stabilization of the emotional state", Unit 3 - "Training of personal growth," which had a "light" Course on "Reactive-sensitive" type of social dysfunction and "complete" course on "Reactive-self-centered" type of social dysfunction, Unit 4 - "Testing of socio-adapted life skills" for people undergoing "complete" Rates. Held psych correctional program has proven its effectiveness in 82.97% in patients with CHD and 82.22% of those with SVD CSS. The main indicators assessing effectiveness was obtained: reduction of reactive anxiety (in 89.36% of CHD and 82.22% with SVD CSS; increase in the index scale "adaptive" (with congenital heart disease in 80.85%, with SVD CSS, 75.56%); increase in quality of life and 84.44% with SVD CSS and physical health in 76.59% and 77.78%, respectively.
