To evaluate the effectiveness of treatments for destructive pancreatitis was made a comparative assessment of patient outcomes. Conducted by several parameters analysis showed more favorable for destructive pancreatitis postoperative period in patients of the main group. Our proposed approach for the management of destructive pancreatitis with all phases of the disease minimally invasive surgery possible to achieve significantly better results as the study of the dynamics of the general condition of patients, and in consideration of the dynamics: indicators of intoxication in the postoperative period. In assessing the temporal parameters, the immediate results of the treatment, the quantity and quality of postoperative complications in the study group were also obtained the best results
