Essay

The thesis is devoted to the improvement of diagnosis, prognosis and treatment of patients with stage II hypertension with signs of hypertensive nephropathy. Revealed that GC provided that features hypertensive nephropathy characterized by more severe course, which was manifested in the worst describing intracardiac and systemic hemodynamics, and levels of endothelin and nitric oxide metabolites. Interconnection established between risk factors of cardiovascular disease (body mass index, smoking, cholesterol) levels and microalbuminuria. Establish a close direct correlation between the presence of microalbuminuria and concentration of endothelin-1 and nitric oxide metabolites in patients with essential hypertension stage II. The necessity of determining kidney disease by identifying microalbuminuria in hypertensive patients with stage II comorbidity. Proved the need for the appointment of angiotensin II receptor blocker (irbesartan) in patients with hypertension with signs of hypertensive nephropathy.
