The object of research is coronary heart disease and osteoporosis in postmenopausal women; Objective: to improve the diagnostic and treatment of coronary artery disease and osteoporosis in postmenopausal women at primary health care in conditions outpatient hospital, analysis of the effectiveness of treatment combination therapy that includes acetylsalicylic acid, statins, ACE inhibitors, vitamin D, calcium and bisphosphonates; Methods: The clinical inspection, electrocardiography, ehodoplerokardiohrafiya, X-ray densitometry, bicycle ergometry, heart rate variability, lipoproteins and blood electrolytes, statistics; novelty: the first time the detection of coronary artery disease and osteoporosis in postmenopausal women is suggested . Is defined the degree of detection of the OP and nature of the flow of coronary heart disease, angina, according to the manifestations of the climacteric syndrome. The features displays of intracardiac hemodynamics in "pathological" climax are identified.Was proved positive effect of adjuvant therapy to hemodynamic, lipoprotein and electrolyte status, changes in bone mineral density in postmenopausal women; scope: Medicine.
