Isaienko A. Constitutional and legal status of foreign relations state bodies of Ukraine

The thesis is devoted to the scientific and theoretical study of the constitutional and legal status of foreign relations state bodies of Ukraine. Proved that the implementation of most of the functions and powers in the field of foreign affairs entrusted to public bodies such as the Verhovna Rada of Ukraine, President of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine. It is proved that the function of keeping relations with the subjects of international law is very important nowadays for realization the foreign policy. Found out the problems in coordinating the activities of state bodies in the sphere of foreign relations. Proposals for improving the existing legislation are contributed. The necessity of adopting a unified general concept of foreign policy of Ukraine for the next five years and the establishment of a special amending procedure is substantiated.
