Essay

The thesis analyzes the current state and trends assessment methods accuracy of turbine gas meters in applied scientific, regulatory and technical aspects. There was developed a graphical model and improved a mathematical model of the turbine gas meter operation by taking into account the design parameters of the turbine, operation conditions and natural gas parameters on the turbine gas meters metrological characteristics. Based on the improved model there was developed an algorithm of adjustment the systematic error component of measuring by turbine gas meters. Estimation of the distribution law based on experimental results was studied. This made it possible to increase the estimation of measurement accuracy by clarifying the random component of uncertainty of measurement results. As a result, the methods for assessing the accuracy of turbine gas meters were improved by simultaneous adjustment of systematic error component and evaluation of the random component. It made possible to improve the accuracy and reliability of turbine meters measurement. There was designed and implemented the normative documents on the practical application of improved assessing the accuracy method for turbine gas meters during their calibration.
