Chechel N. Prevention of Crimes Committed by Women Sentenced to Imprisonment in Ukraine

In the thesis, on the basis of analysis of the contents of crimes committed by women who are serving a sentence of imprisonment for a definite period in Ukraine, as well as their criminal characteristics determined by the current state and trends of development of this type of crime, their characteristics, determinants of crime offender and the role and place victimological aspects of the mechanism convicted of criminal behavior. In addition, the thesis developed a number of scientifically based measures to improve the content of general social, criminological, specifically, individual and victimological prevent crimes that occur by women prisoners in prisons and correctional facilities Ukraine and other results obtained by research with theoretical and practical importance in the context of the need to modify the contents of this type of social activity.
