Romashchenko І. Change and Termination of Civil Legal Relationships as Ways of Civil Right Defense.

The dissertation is an independent completed scientific work dedicated to a study of change and termination of civil legal relationship as ways of civil rights defense. It refines the notion of ways of civil rights defense, investigates the correlation of terms "way of defense", "mean of defense", "civil liability measure", "measure of operative influence" and "sanction". It develops the discussion on the notion and structure of civil legal relationship, reveals features and suggests a definition of change and termination of civil legal relationship as forms of movement of a legal relationship and as ways of civil rights defense, and indicates common and special features with other ways of civil rights defense. Study of current legislation of Ukraine, materials of practice and scientific works has allowed to reveal a number of flaws and gaps in the legal regulation of relationships, related to the application of change and termination of civil legal relationships as ways of defense of civil rights and interests protected by law. As a result of the conducted analysis of literary and legislative sources recommendations as to how to improve the content of regulatory legal acts have been elaborated, and conclusions as to how to fill the theory of legal relationship with new ideas and suggestions have been formulated.
