Scientific work is devoted frequency decrease incompetence of pregnancy and iron-deficiency anaemia at women with thyreotoxicose on basis of studying cores clinical, ehografical, endocrinological and hematological changes, and also improvement of algorithm of diagnostic and treatment-and-prophylactic actions. Influence thyreotoxicose on clinical current of pregnancy and sorts on the basis of the established interrelation between thyreoidal dysfunction and various forms obstetrical and perinatal complications is studied. It is shown that the basic complications of pregnancy at women with thyreotoxicose are incompetence of pregnancy and an anaemia of pregnant women. New aspects patogenesise of placentary dysfunction and iron-deficiency anemias on the basis of an influence estimation thyreoidal dysfunctions on a functional condition fetoplacental complex and an iron metabolism are established. It has allowed to improve algorithm of the diagnostic and treatment-and-prophylactic actions directed on decrease of frequency incompetence of pregnancy and iron-deficiency anaemia at women with thyreotoxicose. Efficiency of advanced algorithm on the basis of the differentiated approach to use of medicamentous correction taking into account character thyreoidal dysfunction and an iron metabolism is shown.
