Lavruk N. Formation of women labour activity motivation in agricultural enterprises.

The thesis deals with the research of the problem of women labour activity motivation formation. It was suggested the structural scheme of interrelation between the main components of the motivation and a complex of measures of its improvement was developed. On the basis of generalization of the existing theoretical and practical scientific development the essence, structure, motivation and motivational mechanism was formulated. It was grounded the most important motivational strategies and it was detected factors of motivational processes organization that contribute to the effective use of the women labour and the development of agricultural enterprises. It was found that employment and women labour activity have their characteristic features determined not only by their motivation, but also by the level of competitiveness on the fixed labour market. It was substantiated the need of an effective motivational mechanism introduction that contributes to the women productive work motivation and payment improving. The motivational techniques were improved with the aim of identifying women workers personal motivational characteristics, level of executable work satisfaction and attitude of labour collectives. The role of material incentives and motivational intangible incentives in women labour activity effectiveness enhancing were defined.
