Essay

Dissertation is devoted to improving the technology of underground mining of manganese ore by clarifying the laws of interaction of breeds of roof of ore layer with the anchor fastening but an association of preparatory and cleansing works is in only preparatorily-cleansing technology. It is proved that the use of mining equipment and roof bolting in the preparatory mining allows to mechanize the breaking of rocks and mount workings, and in such a way to eliminate a number of auxiliary processes, improve set-cleanup technologies for underground mining ore. It is found that durability of fixing of anchors from armature steel in the breeds of roof of ore layer to be in direct proportional dependence on their length and diameter. It is proved that It is well-proven that with an increase long anchors and closeness of their setting, speed of displacement of the roof drift excavation and tension in the rock mass is decreasing, and its peak displays absent. It is proved that the height of the roadway excavation in the area of sewage treatment works is in direct proportion to the length of the anchors in the roof of his speed and mining excavation column and has a maximum value 1,8-2,4 mwith a length of 2,5-3,0 m anchor sand the rate of mining excavation column 30-40 m per month.
