Naturkach R. The electoral law in the law system of Ukraine

The dissertation deals with the fundamental principles of modern electoral law and formulated theoretical principles and specific recommendations have practical significance for improving the electoral law and practice. The author provided the definition of electoral law as a special category of science constitutional law of Ukraine. The paper reveals the essence of modern electoral law, found its place in the legal system of Ukraine. Special attention is paid to the peculiarities of the legal nature of electoral law, made a comprehensive analysis of their composition, functions, status and prospects of development of modern electoral legislation of Ukraine. The author defines the object of electoral law of Ukraine as sub constitutional law, and explores the features of methodological principles electoral law of Ukraine. Reveals characteristic of the modern system of electoral law of Ukraine and the peculiarities of its sources, given their scientific and theoretical definition and classification.
