Volobuyeva H. Improvement of governance mechanisms of social development in Ukraine

The object of study - social development state management. The aim - theoretical foundation and development of scientific and practical recommendations for improving the Ukraine's social development governance mechanisms to ensure the life quality and citizens well-being. Methods - systematic approach; structural-functional analysis method; analysis methods, synthesis; systemic and structural analysis; analysis and comparison; comparative method. The practical significance of the results is that the thesis formulated theoretical propositions and reasonable practical recommendations aimed at improving the governance mechanisms of social development. Scientific novelty of the results is to study and improve the governance mechanisms of social development in Ukraine. First developed the concept of social cohesion in Ukraine. Improved use of the application in Ukraine European experience social voucher; mechanism of social inclusion in Ukraine through information and education companies; social partnership system in Ukraine. We got theoretical propositions further development regarding the formation of an effective social policy; scientific and practical recommendations for improving the formation and realization efficiency of the social policy in Ukraine goals and objectives in the qualitative change direction in the strategic planning process; approaches to improve the efficiency of resource providing health care system in Ukraine; recommendations on legal and organizational support of the labor potential in Ukraine; researching innovative mechanisms for implementing social order in Ukraine and their practical implementation within existing resources.
