The object of study is the Ukraine's state housing and municipal policy implementation process. The study aims is the theoretical and methodological foundations justification and practical proposals for the development of mechanisms for the Ukraine's state housing and municipal policy implementation. Research methods - an integrated approach, methods of analysis, synthesis, economic and statistical methods, the comparative analysis method, abstract and logical method. The practical significance of the results - the main provisions of the study brought to the concrete recommendations stage, and may make a scientific basis for the Ukraine's state housing and municipal policy formation and development mechanisms implementation. Scientific novelty of the research is to solve urgent scientific problems in the public administration field, is justification theoretical and methodological foundations and practical recommendations for the mechanisms development for the implementation of state housing and municipal policy in Ukraine. Improved - methodical approach to the formation of the organizational-economic mechanism of state housing and municipal policies; institutional framework of public-private partnership in housing and communal services of Ukraine.
