Essay

Thesis deals with the issues of criminal liability for bribery of an official of legal entity of private law. The genesis of criminal liability for bribery of an official of legal entity of private law is revealed; the international and foreign experience in criminal law combating bribery in the private sector is highlighted. Given the achievements of the doctrine and the developments of legal practice the deep legal analysis of the basic and proficient offenses under Art. 368-3 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine is made.
