Object of researches - accuracy estimation of cutting parts with complex geometry. The purpose of research - development of estimation methods the accuracy of cutting parts of complex shape for example, the leather industry, taking into account the complexity of the geometry and the establishment of an appropriate regulatory support. Scientific novelty consists in the following: first determined the dependence of the recognition accuracy of details curved shape obtained by the methods of photogrammetry from their contrast that will improve the quality of curvilinear cutting products; An improved method for creating complex three-dimensional scans of parts, based on the application of the principle of reverse engineering, which will increase the quality of the geometry of the original pattern; An improved method for estimating the accuracy of the creation of three-dimensional scans of complex parts by the use of rapid prototyping techniques and three-dimensional scanning, which will increase the degree of certainty when making technological solutions; first proposed classifier bulk surfaces in the leather industry and propose mathematical models of their scans, thereby creating the project regulatory document.
