Essay

Object of study - alopecia areata. The aim - to improve the efficiency of the treatment of alopecia areata by studying the rheological properties of blood serum and trace element composition of hair, determine the effect of clinical features and laboratory parameters on the results of therapy. Methods: clinical, physical, chemical, atomic absorption spectrometric, statistics. The thesis is devoted to the solution of scientific problems - the study of the pathogenesis, improving of diagnostics, the quality and effectiveness of treatment in patients with alopecia areata. The observation cell 97 patients. Largest deviation integral of rheological condition of blood identified in patients of the presence of extracranial lesions, onychopathy, total and universal alopecia areata, as well as long-term course of the pathological process. The change in the concentration of authentic Cu and Zn in hair were determined in patients with prolonged disease with onychodistrophy, in severe pathological process. The most effective treatment of alopecia areata using autoplazma enriched with platelets were men with a combination treatment using external glucocorticosteroids. The results are put into practice of MCTPI "Donetsk city dermato-venerological dispensary №1", Makeevka dermato-venerological dispensary, CTPI "Mariupol dermato-venerological dispensary", Gorlovka dermato-venerological dispensary, MTPI "Kramatorsk dermato-venerological dispensary".
