Essay

The author analyzed the formation of Ukrainian Soviet labor legislation during the NEP period, its further development in 1930s - early 1950s and its transformation during the second half of 1950 till 1990. The evolution of labor legislation in modern Ukraine was characterized: law reform in 1991-2000, its development at the beginning of the 21st century and impact of international instruments on the formation of the modern labor laws.
