Essay

The thesis is devoted to the improvement of production technology of feed for poultry. Theoretically and experimentally proved the feasibility of processing tomato pomace in feed additives and use tomato feed additive in the composition of animal feed for the purpose of recycling the canning industry, to reduce the cost of feed recipes and ensure the birds' calcium in accordance with its physiological needs. The effect of the extrusion process on the physical properties, chemical composition, the sanitary quality of tomato feed additive and evaluated the terms of its storage.
