Object of research - implementation and operation of control systems information technology services organizations. Purpose of research is to improve the use of information technology services management (ITSM) through the development and application of information models and tools for integrated assessment of effectiveness of the implementation of such systems, as well as their subsequent integration into the corporate IT infrastructure and improve data mining. In this paper, an analysis of information architecture and functionality of modern ITSM, isolated and studied the properties of their subsystems and individual modules. A methodological approach to improve implementation and operation ITSM was proposed. Developed algorithmic model of evaluating the effectiveness of alternative configurations of ITSM modules. The problems of ITSM integration in corporate IT infrastructure and proposed information models and tools for integrating relevant information resources. The information model and technology solutions to improve processing incidents ITSM. Experimental study developed approach and based on the analysis of the results practical recommendations to improve the effectiveness of implementation and operation ITSM organizations and enterprises. The results of thesis are introduced in IT company and are used in educational process.
