Pestova T. Intellectual labour in social and economic relations system of post-industrial society

Thesis deals with the theoretical and practical issues of socio-economic relations transformation, of the labor content and nature and their interaction in terms of post-industrial stage of economic development. The practical application of developed countries experience of innovative type of economy and the advanced development model were outlined in accordance to institutional, cultural and civilizational features of the national economy and society. The essence and content of the category "intellectual work", "intellectual property", and "intellectual capital" were characterized and their role in socio-economic development of the country was defined. The evolution of theoretical approaches to the definition of labour intellectualization nature and its role in modern society transformation process were explored by analysis of intellectual resources in the world developed countries. The effective state support instruments for intellectual resources development are determined in present research. The dissertation evaluates the level of intellectual resources development in Ukraine snd disclose the major problems arising during its application. The main concepts of the work were directed on the effective state policy recommendations that improve the country intellectual resources functioning.
