Thesis deals with the hygiene, medical history, clinical and objective, laboratory and instrumental prerequisites for the development of the hepatobiliary system diseases of locomotive crews workers. The harmful productive factors effect on the locomotive crews workers, the incidence of locomotive crews, in particular the prevalence of the hepatobiliary system diseases and the dynamics of laboratory (biochemical) blood indices changes depending on the length of service were studied. It is found that with increasing length of service in hazardous conditions arise decompensation processes from the side of the hepatobiliary system, manifesting the clinical picture and the maximum elevation of total bilirubin. Should be considered as it may be caused by a complex of harmful factors affecting the body of machinists and their assistants. Based on the results of the study was established the scheme of clinical examination of locomotive crews workers, depending on their length of service with the formation of groups at risk of the hepatobiliary system diseases appearance with the provision of preventive and therapeutic recommendations.
