Protas S. Improvement of hygienic assessment criteria of underground garages rise residential and public buildings

For the first time in Ukraine the nature of formation of living conditions of the population is appointed and priority risk factors for humans are ascertained, when garages are placed in an underground space of multistory residential buildings, as well as an assessment of level of such a risk is made. An important scientific task is completed, which concerns the impact of the priority risk factors of underground parkings on living conditions of residents of multistory housing and public facilities. Based on the questionnaire, expert, experimental and calculation research methods reasonableness of hygienically important factors of physical (noise, aerosols, asbestos, radium, radon and other radioactive substances), chemical (heavy metals, carbon monoxide, nitrogen oxides, formaldehyde, hydrocarbons) and biological (bacteria and fungi) nature is studied, which are formed in the area of human living in connection with use of underground space for parking and storage of vehicles, and recommendations for improvement of sanitary supervision in design, construction and operation of these facilities are developed.
