Zbozhynska O. Нelminthiasis of pond fishes in Western Ukraine (spreading and improvementg of control measures)

In dissertation are expounded the materials on the study of parasitology situation in fish farms in Western Ukraine. Proved high effectiveness of treatment and prevention of anthelmintic drugs for fish "Tsestozol" and "Rybolik", was studied pharmaceutical compatibility of active substances of new products and the stability of the compositions of recipes in general. Experimentally determined their optimal effective doses and withdrawal period. Theoretically grounded new scheme of anthelmintic drugs regardless of the temperature of the water environment as part of treatment and feed mixtures and demonstrated high therapeutic and cost-effectiveness. Experimental studies have established that feeding with therapeutic feedstuffs "Rybolik" or "Tsestozol" four equal installments throughout the day , a total of 1,5 % of the estimated mass of fish provides 100 % efficiency with respect to carp helminths infested by pathogens of enteric cestodosis and at the level of 96,5 % - for philometroidosis pathogens. Preparations entirely derived from muscle tissue of fish on the 20th day after treatment. The main results of the work made it possible to offer for production and use in Ukraine domestic effective anthelmintics for fish.
