The dissertation is devoted to study of formation and development processes of self-government and judicial institutions of Polish, Rysky (Ukrainian) and Armenian communities in city of Kamianets in XV–XVIII centuries. The study analyzes their legal status and jurisdiction peculiarities of separate city communities in a given period. Research stage of the theme in historic and juridical literature and its bibliography has been provided in the dissertation. The second chapter describes the structure of communities self-government in city of Kamianets on Podillia in XV – XVIII century and analyzes Koriiatovychis’ privileges as background for formation of municipal governing system and jurisdiction. The research provides a review of legal status of Polish, Rusky (Ukrainian) and Armenian city communities and their governing institutions structure and authorities. The third chapter is devoted to judicial system analysis of Kamianets-Podilskyi in XV–XVIII cen. Legal aspects of viit-lava courts (judicial body of that time) of Polish-Ukrainian community of Kamianets and Kamianets-Podilskyi Armenian court.
