The thesis analyzes the trends of transformation effects in models of social policy for the measurement and scope of influence on social policy, problems and trends of globalization of the XXI century.; Vzayemodiyayu globalization and multinational corporations on social policy. Based on research of the main challenges of the globalization of social development are allocated inverse form of globalization, global, global and axial problems of national interest justified substitution of global interest, reveals its components, analyzes the challenges of global terrorism and global migration, which accelerated the process of inter-civilization cooperation and mechanisms to overcome the challenges of globalization. Revealed common trends, including increased focus on work in the community, the introduction of market relations in social security, reducing the role of trade unions in the regulation of the labor market, increasing state support for education and vocational training and retraining. At the same time proved that the model of social policy retain much of their inherent historical features, tools to solve social problems and sources of funding for social programs.
