Miokova N. Organizational and legal mechanisms of development of partnership with international financial organizations in the field of investment development

The dissertation is devoted development and realization scientifically methodical principles of research of public policy of collaboration with international financial organizations and mechanisms of management the state borrowings with international financial organizations. Certainly basic principles of perfection of mechanisms of management the state borrowings, in particular perfection of the strategic planning and state control, improvement of the state, the brief-case of investment projects. The project of Strategy of partnership is developed with international financial organizations the "Indicative credit program of collaboration from MFO on 2012-2014 fiscal years", which foresees the corporate strategic planning of financial help and introduction of mechanisms of control of implementation of strategic tasks. It is discovered that mechanism of cooperation between Ministry of Economic Development and trade of Ukraine - coordinator of collaboration with MFO and Ministry of Finance - by the financial agent of the state from one side and from other needs the organs of executive power - responsible performers of projects and beneficiaries substantial perfection.
