Methodological features of ecological function as a component of the State function system and its relationship with other State functions. There was characterized the State Ecological function, caused by the specifics of the State place, system perspectives, objectives, goals, and guarantees of the State activity, determining effective ecological focus of the state activity in collaboration with Civil Society.
