The author analyzed doctrinal sources concerning the studied law, and identifies issues that remain out of scientists' attention and need their coverage. The author analyzed the current state of constitutional and legal regulation of the right to strike in Ukraine and foreign countries, and defined its characteristics. The terminology database of research has been improved - the author's definitions of "constitutional right to strike" and "content of the constitutional right to strike" have been formulated.
