The thesis is devoted to the properties of legal drafting methodology of creation and interpretation of law-making treaties. First time in our general theoretical jurisprudence the features of legal engineering of creation of the certain kinds of law-making treaties are revealed. The author determined features that distinguish the creation of such treaties from the creation of statutory acts.
