Essay

The thesis is devoted to the study of the procedures concerning Ukrainian citizenship legal nature and content, and also clarified ways to improve existing constitutional legislation of Ukraine in this sphere. It is proved that one of the attribute of citizenship is a procedural nature of its acquisition and termination. We prove that the procedure for dealing with issues related to citizenship, is a kind of constitutional-legal process, namely constitutional enforcement (right-establish) activities.
