The object of study: state regulation of resocialization of convicts. Purpose: theoretical foundation and development of practical recommendations for improving the mechanisms of state regulation of re-socialization of convicts. Methods: analysis and synthesis, historical, modeling, system approach, the comparative analysis. The results of the author theoretically grounded and practical recommendations for improving the mechanisms of state regulation of re-socialization of convicts. Novelty: Expediency of individual programs of re-socialization of different categories of convicts as a mechanism of state regulation; improved mechanisms of state regulation of re-socialization of juvenile offenders in Ukraine; developed further study the growth and development of the mechanism of state regulation of re-socialization of the various categories of prisoners and others.
