Papayani S. Constitutional and legal implementing mechanisms of the Ukraine foreign policy under the European interstate integration: problems of theory and practice

Thesis is devoted to the analysis of the doctrinal and practical aspects of the constitutional and legal implementing mechanisms of the Ukraine foreign policy in the context of European interstate integration. It analyzes the constitutional and legal nature of the EU bodies in the external relations and their interaction with the national bodies of the Member States. Separately it considers institutional system and regulatory structure of the implementing mechanism of the Ukraine foreign policy, the principles and characteristics of its functioning. The transforming experience the constitutional and legal implementing mechanism of the interstate integration of the states associated with the EU was studied.
