Ogurtsov O. Prevention and reduction of the cases of statelessness in Ukraine: constitutional-legal analysis

The dissertation is devoted to the analysis of theoretical and legislative aspects of prevention and reduction of the cases of statelessness and justification of the proposals as for improving the existing legislation on this issue. The legal nature of statelessness and its related terminology, as well as the reasons for its occurrence have been investigated. The development of national legislation on prevention and reduction of the cases of statelessness, as well as the content of the international treaties of Ukraine and other international instruments on this issue have been considered. Legal analysis of the legislative bodies and analysis of the content of constitutional-legal status of stateless persons in Ukraine have been carried out.
