Drasko T. Constitutional and legal status of national minorities (groups) in the EU Member States and countries associated with the EU: comparative legal research

Thesis looks into the constitutional law status of national minorities in the Member States of the EU and countries associated with the EU. In this work the conceptual doctrinal approaches to the definition of "national minorities", the criteria for national minorities in modern European countries, the analysis of forms of realization of individual and collective rights, self-organization forms of ethnic minorities in modern conditions of interstate European integration, including - after signing Association with the EU. The study has theoretical and practical importance in the modern terms of interstate European integration because the materials can be widely used in law enforcement, research work and learning process.
