Kuznetzova J. The role of the Constitutional justice of Ukraine and foreign countries in a process of intergovernmental integration: comparative and legal research

The thesis dedicated to comprehensive scientific and practical analysis of the constitutional justice institute, in particular the role of the Constitutional courts in a process of intergovernmental integration, and formation of the results and proposals on these bases as to the improvement of the organization and functioning of the Ukrainian Constitutional Court. The work deals with the scientific and theoretical development of the concept "constitutional justice", delimitation of the related concepts, considered institutional mechanism of constitutional justice in Ukraine in comparison with its foreign patterns and the role of Constitutional Courts in the implementation of the international treaties into national legislation.
