Essay

This dissertation is one of the first in Ukraine complex monographic researches, which is dedicated to the study of theoretical and scientific and practical problems of constitutional and legal bases of the organization and activities of the mass media in Ukraine. In this paper we analyzed the state of scientific research of the constitutional and legal basis of the organization and activities of the media in Ukraine, as well as guidelines for their further improvement. The concept of "the constitutional foundations of the organization and activities of the media" was defined and it was characterized by its content.
