The thesis is devoted to the reduction of anthropogenic impact on the storage ТW into slurry reservoir through the development of complex technology of their processing to yield useful products. A systematic study on the chemical composition of accumulated solid waste production of titanium(IV) oxide pigment on sulfuric technology over a long period of time in slurry reservoir has been done. The process for recycling ТW on sulfuric technology has been investigated. Technological modes of extraction of titanium(IV) oxide have been investigated according to this method experimentally. Conducting the hydrolysis process with the addition of a reactant modifier of ammonium sulfate at a temperature 363 K allows to obtain a concentrate of titanium(IV) oxide with a rutile content of 96,7 % by weight TіO2 94,6 %. The technological basis of neutralization of residual sulfuric acid has been proposed, which is contained in the "secondary" ТW providing prebaked ТW or chemical neutralization to form crystalline compounds, the preparation of sintered ceramic products, condensed harmful substances are completely immobilized.
