The object is processes of formation of the spectrum and measure the optical power. The goal is the development of new measurement methods for creating optical devices based on low-coherence spectral interferometry, that allow obtain higher range measurement accuracy and power of coherent and incoherent optical radiation. Methods of low-coherence spectral interferometry, mathematical modeling and statistics. Results are development of methods of low-coherence spectral interferometry to create an optical devices for distance measuring and forming of optical frequency grids.
