Mulchenko V. Criminal and legal protection of judicial immunity in Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to researching the issues of the criminal and legal protection of judicial immunity in Ukraine. The social determination of criminal responsibility for committing crimes against the judicial immunity has been considered in the work. The object and system of crimes against judicial immunity have been defined, the victim of crime under Articles 377-379 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine and the subject of the crime under Art. 378 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine have been studied. The aspects of the objective side of crimes that infringe judicial immunity have been examined. The subjective side and the subject of the studied crimes have been analyzed. Special attention is paid to the issue of criminal and legal protection of judges' honor and dignity as a part of their immunity. The propositions on improving the current criminal legislation in the field of judicial immunity have been set based on the research.
