The Dissertation contains complex analysis of the theoretical and practical problems on the civil and legal regulation of the consequences of the requirements concerning the form of a deal non-compliance and a great number of conclusions and suggestions regarding the domestic legislation in the sphere under consideration improvement as well. The conception and the deals forms kinds have been researched in their historical development. The legal regulation for form of a deal has been compared in Ukraine and the foreign countries. The peculiarities of the legal consequences for the requirements concerning the separate forms of the deals non-compliance have been discovered. The bilateral restoration as a general consequence for the concluded with contempt of the requirements as to the form deals invalidity has been investigated. The singularities of the damage refunding and moral harmful consequences in case of their tresspass by the concluded with contempt of the requirements as to the form deal invalidity have been analyzed.
