Essay

A method of directional synthetic way of obtaining of (±)-shikonin was developed. Effective preparative methods of obtaining new, previously unknown analogues of natural shikonin: nitrogen-containing - based on reactions of nucleophilic substitution of 2-chloro- or 2,3-dichloro-5,8-dihydroxy-1,4-naphthoquinone with 3,3-dimethyl-2-propylenylamine and amino acids and glycosylated derivatives - by the biotransformation using bacteria Saccharotrix espanaensis, were proposed. Their structure and physical and chemical characteristics were determined. Computer prediction and experimental screening for biological activity were carried out.; industry - pharmacy.
