Roziznana I. Lost profit compensation for breach of contractual obligations in civil law.

The Dissertation presents a complex analysis of the mechanism of compensation of lost profits for breach of contractual obligations under the civil law of Ukraine. The author has studied the evolution of theoretical and regulatory methods in legal regulation of civil liability for breach of contractual obligations in civil law and its legal consequences. There were determined types of damages under Ukrainian civil legislation, specifics of the legal regime of the mechanism of lost profit compensation concerning of breach of contractual obligations. The author further offers theoretical basis for developing a legal institution of compensation of damages and lost profit.
